INTRODUCTION

In 2003, Coffee and Bar Anaheim was opened in Sanjo Kawaramnachi, Kyoto.

Sanjo Ohashi Bridge over the Kamogawa river close to our shop, is the terminal point of the ancient highway between Kyoto and Tokyo. 

In general, curiosity of Kyoto people is often hidden behind a traditional and old fashioned costume and mask.

The location of this bar serves as a gateway to Kyoto energetic mixture since the Edo period.

Therefore, The city of Kyoto has brought about the evolution of “taking in new things while protecting tradition”.

Our city went through many changes during the ten years since Anaheims opening. The faces of people gathering here also changed.

What kind of city will Kyoto be in 5 years, 10 years and beyond?

We want to continue to protect the heart of excellent hospitality while witnessing the transformation of our beautiful city.

The menu we have cultivated since opening to welcome various customers has a wide range of drinks and cocktails unique to our cafe bar, including homemade medicinal and fruit wines, draft beer poured in front of you, non-alcoholic cocktails of freshly picked herbs and hand drip coffee.
